NCF Feeding Programme

The Feeding Program is a monthly activity of Novaliches Christian Fellowship.  Around 100 children from neighboring communities are regular beneficiaries. They come in NCF once a month, are taught Bible lessons, are checked up by a resident pediatrician, and share in the nutritious meal prepared by the Ministry.  The Ministry is blessed to have regular donors who provide financial support and volunteers who help in the monthly feeding.

WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES OF THE MINISTRY?

  1. To impart Bible lessons to the kids and help them grow with the knowledge of Jesus Christ. This is hoped to be evangelized to the parents and other relatives as well.   The Scripture is simplified to the understanding of young children.
  2. To aid some kids needed to be taught how to read and write
  3. To check on their health and nutritional deficiencies
  4. To provide them vitamins and medicines
  5. To let them feel  the love of Jesus Christ

WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE MINISTRY?

  1. You can be a teacher following the curriculum designed by the Ministry.
  2. You can assist in the distribution of meals and in the other needs of the program.
  3. You can help prepare the meals.

WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE MINISTRY?

One must be saved, baptized by immersion and actively worshipping the Lord as an NCF member for at least one year.  A teacher ‘s love of God must be evident, especially in showing love for children. To a degree, he or she must have the teaching skills and abilities and familiarity with God’s Word.
